Are the rugs suitable for underfloor heating?

Yes, the rugs are suitable for use on floors with underfloor heating up to 24°C and will not be damaged by it.
Do the rugs have a chemical smell?

The rugs have a slight chemical smell due to being packed in plastic wrap, which will dissipate within a few days in well-ventilated rooms.
Are there any color or size deviations?

Due to lighting conditions during photography and differences in monitors, the colors of the actual product may vary slightly. Size deviations of 2-3% are also common due to the manufacturing process.
What can be done about corners or waves sticking up in the rug?

We recommend rolling the rug in the opposite direction and standing it upright for two to three days. Additionally, you can place something heavy on the corners for a few days.
How does the complaint process work?

After submitting a return request on Amazon, it will be personally processed by us, and you will receive a pre-paid GLS return label. Please use only this label for a free return shipment.
